Is my device supported?
If your device is Qi-Enabled and supports wireless charging - the BoltHOME will work. For more assurance, see the Compatible Devices information.
What if my phone has a case?
The BoltHOME wireless technology will work through majority of cases. Wireless charging will not work with metal cases, and in some cases very thick cases. If you have a thick case, please confirm with our team before making a purchase. We do not provide refunds for thick case issues. For more clarification, please contact our support team at support@blueboltchargers.com
What if my cell phone doesn't support wireless charging?
The BoltHOME only works with smartphones that support wireless charging. Please look through our Compatible Devices information above to see our popular devices that support wireless charging.
What is battery fatigue?
Battery fatigue occurs when your phone is overcharging with cables, it continues to charge your device even when the battery is at full capacity. This may have an impact on the effectiveness of your device to maintain battery for longer periods of time.
Where can I place the BoltHOME?

Will it charge through an OtterBox case?
Unfortunately the BoltHOME will not charge through OtterBox cases. If you'd like to be notified when we release an OtterBox compatible wireless charging station please subscribe to our Newsletter and you will be the first to know.
Does the BoltHOME come included with a power adapter?
The BoltHOME does not come included with a power adapter. However, we do sell our Fast Charge Power Adapter. (and we're giving away FREE Fast Charge Power Adapters with our bundles. Limited Time Only)
How does the BoltHOME protect my device from battery fatigue?
The BoltHOME wireless technology will cease charging when it detects a full battery.
How do I know if my AirPods are compatible?
AirPods with a wireless charging case are compatible with the BoltHOME. Please confirm that your AirPods are equipped with a wireless charging case before purchasing, or if you have questions please reach our to our support staff at support@blueboltchargers.com
