First impression very favourable. This case seems to be well made with a good quality keyboard and I love the versatility of the hinge which allows so many positions.
One star knocked off for now until I can be sure that the hinge will retain its smoothness and not go slack or break with constant movement, but recommended so far !

The Apple pen holding loop on the side is trash and a horrible design aesthetic…the loop has No elasticity to hold the apple pen model or an alternative type…make ALL of the models with the top pen holder that locks pen in place, not just for the newer iPads…your design team should have conducted some market research to determine best practices for design…the case itself is good but your team should have put more thought into the pen holder

Hi there the case is a nice finish with a nice touch keyboard but there is a problem and that is if you have a new 13” I-pad (m2 chip) you cannot push the top half of the keyboard case (I-pad section) too far back as it tips over. The weight of the I-pad is too heavy and outweighs the bottom half (keyboard section) of the case. Case needs more weight on the bottom half.

I order my Cover for my Ipad 9 Gen. It taking over 4 weeks to arrive then when it finally did it was the wrong cover that was sent it was for a ipad 10. After waiting so long the disappointment of this made me furious. I have sent numerous emails i get one back to check the model number on the back to see if i had made the mistake. Guess what no i didnt. I have requested full refund and the for the correct one sent express.

for example the ?/ button is giving the -_ when pressed and vice versa. all other buttons are fine

It took a little bit longer to arrive because I was informed by their customer service that if the Texas warehouse is out of stock items will be shipped from overseas. Anywo, let's get to it. The package was extremely lightweight. My iPad fit perfectly. I made sure to order the one for my iPad generation and size. Now...THIS IS AMAZING!! I LOVE ❤️ IT!! I bought one for my iPad mini as I wanted to turn it into a mini laptop that would be lighter to carry around, take less space up and be a practical accessory for when I want to write but don’t want to carry around a clunky laptop bag around.
I can’t say anything about the keyboard area size as it is an expectedly small area to type on due to the dimensions of my tablet itself, so I can’t fault them on that. I’ll just have to get used to it.
The trackpad, however, is pretty uncalibrated and not smooth at all to use, even after altering trackpad settings in Apple settings.
The connectivity is easy, you just hold the power button to turn the keyboard on and press fn + c for a few seconds then connect via Bluetooth settings and it’ll be connected from there on.
The bottom part of the case (the keyboard part) is much sturdier than the top. I agree with other comments about how it feels like a tin, you could bend it if you tried hard enough.

Super convenient. Enjoying the pen attachment since my magnetic pen kept falling off. The only thing I don’t like about it is you have to charge the keyboard too not like the apple keyboard and I’d like a case for it to prevent scratches. Other than that, it is super nice being able to turn the screen and utilize the ipad in many more different ways than the regular apple keyboard!

It makes your iPad looks like a 11 inch MacBook. The keyboard works fine and the rotating screen function is probably the main reason why I went for this. After putting in the iPad, the case can be a little heavy and the semi matte finishing on the back leaves quite a bit of fingerprints but can be wiped off easily. Typing on the backlit keyboard feels good and the lights can be switched on/off with a click of the button. There are quite a few variety of light combinations. Overall a good buy.
